Sun:  But it was not to be a Murray momentous moment - he played his best and it was very very good, but Federer was just the better more consistent and experienced player.  Thank you Gill for the tickets, what a joy to be in Centre Court for this occasion (rain and roof!) -  brilliant seats.

Then we saw the mixed doubles - good tennis, but we weren't gripped, or maybe we were just drained after the Murray/Federer match.
