Mon Weather was sunny than predicted. Went for nice Reverse of a variation of PPPP (ride from Thursday with Patrick). 27 miles in 2hr 7min. The glide down the valley into Little Missenden was wonderfully uplifting! Hills (including Gore Hill up from Amersham) went well, but I need longer ones.
Tue Dark rain-threatening clouds, but held of till the very end of my ride to Chesham, Great Missenden, Chequers, Combe Hill and back via the Lees, Hyde End and Amersham. 33.5miles in 2hrs 35mins, same avg speed as yesterday of 12.9. Some decent gradual climbs as well as short sharp ups.
Wed St Albans nostalgia ride. 31.5m in 2h36m. Hilly, felt more difficult and slightly slower than yesterday. Ran out of energy in Chipperfield and had to reload with a cup of tea and pack of fruit pastilles!

Thu No exercise - lots of errands and packing for Antigua! Lulu & Fiona came for dinner, roast beef, yummy.
